  • Design & Sales Consultants
    Enjoy an extensive range of homes to suit your lot type, with alternate layouts available.
  • A Preliminary Agreement is signed for Soils, Contours, Prelim Plans and an inspection of your block is arranged. This allows us to provide a fixed price site cost.
Tailored Inclusions
  • Find your perfect fit.
    We have prepare easy to understand Specifications and Inclusions with everything you need in your new home.
Your Contract
  • Our experienced Design Consultants will guide you one-on-one through all contract documents and plans. Then we’ll move forward with signing the contract and securing your deposit.
Customer Service
  • Enjoy peace of mind with your dedicated Customer Service Officer by your side. Benefit from their wealth of knowledge as they support you every step of the way.
Building Applications
  • During preconstruction, your dedicated Customer Service Officer will work closely with you to finalise your plans and documentation, ensuring everything is ready for council lodgement. You’ll receive regular updates on the progress and enjoy expert guidance through your Colour Selection process.
