From my initial approach to your company, right through to completion, McLachlan’s should be congratulated on your very professional approach to all tasks, quality workmanship, superb communication, brilliant organization & efficiency and staff and sub-contractors who all took tremendous pride in their work. You have an amazing team.

I was particularly impressed with the manner in which you guided me through the process of building & payments. You gave me relevant information in a step by step manner, kept it simple and easy to follow, with a checklist method. The Suncorp account set up was excellent & easy to use. I felt that this approach should be used by all people in the construction industry.

Martin was a great help in finalizing my plans – he listened and remembered everything I had on my wish list, finalized drawings/plans incredibly quickly, followed through with attention to detail and delivered a house to suit me and my budget.

Niel was a delight to deal with in all aspects – pricing, product search, day to day communication, contract details etc. I really appreciated his guidance, care and attention to detail in relation to all the behind the scenes issues he dealt with, on my behalf. It was a seamless & stress free experience.

Felicia was my best friend in the day to day issues we needed to address – Variations, financials, follow ups. Again the attention to detail that Felicia displayed inspired confidence – she guided me with the gentlest hands.

And finally to my Site Supervisor, Dave McGinn. Well what can I say – he is obviously perfect !!

I really liked Dave’s approach – he also guided me with gentle hands. I knew that if I didn’t hear from him, all was well. He kept it all very simple, didn’t overload me with technical info unless I asked and did an incredible job of day to day organization – scheduling, orders, deliveries, sub-contractor liaison, follow up, quality control, site cleanliness & timelines.

As I said earlier, I was very impressed with the quality of all your sub-contractors. Their pride in their work is evident in a beautifully built house.
