This tranquil site offered the perfect pallet to create a magnificent plantation style home. This breathtaking design fits seamlessly within its surroundings embracing a true collaboration of design ideas that have been painstakingly brought to life by incredible craftsmanship and impeccable fittings.

Upon first impression the awe-inspiring design and the high level of detail invokes the senses. Set upon the crisp colour pallet this Hamptons inspired design allows it’s intricate features to shine.

The Eden, on display at Newport, a waterfront suburb on the Redcliffe Peninsula is a stylish take on the traditional 3 Bedroom design. This innovative design is built around Queensland’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle and offers a home with a little something extra.

The modern façades boasts a crisp colour pallet. 

Drawing on our Client’s passion for creative spaces, entertaining and most importantly… family. We were able creating a home with heart, function and a touch of glamour. With a bold street scope, the one of a kind home embraces its surroundings, the stunning contrast of colours and textures of the façade hint of the grandeur within.

Drawing inspiration from the client’s list of must haves, wishes and how they wanted their new home to “feel” was an absolute pleasure. This stunning design is opulent and contemporary with a modern façade. With elements such as striking ledgestone cladded brick pier, stunning balcony and a variety of different materials, textures and colours that create a memorable street scope.

The Nadia design. The façade plays with different heights, textures and products offering a street appeal that really stands on it’s own.

Entering through the feature Gatehouse you are instantly charmed and drawn into the Alfresco. This unique space offers electric shutters, a stunning travertine tiled feature wall, timber clad white washed ceiling and stunning decking. Adjoining this space sits a quirky modern outdoor kitchen area which is functional and chic.

The Sea Breeze, by Mclachlan Homes is a stunning design which has effortlessly captured the quintessential essence of waterside living.
The opulent and contemporary design offers a modern facade with striking lines and textures that are blended to create a memorable street scope. The eye is drawn to the remarkable stone feature wall which flows from the Porch guiding you into the Grand Foyer. Boasting a 3000m ceiling height, with a breathtaking open tread curved staircase the true grandeur of the home is evident.

The Mantra. With an unmistakably unique architectural design this stunning home has an alluring street presence.
The angular design and use of different materials such as render, cladding, stone and timber create a dynamic façade. The striking feature of the front street view is the core filled block wall in Buck Country Southern Ledgestone, this blends with the other textures and welcomes you into the generous Entry.

The Bondi. With the combination of cedar timber cladding and varied articulated material. this modern visually stunning highset home offers a hint to what is to unfold upon entering the home. The timber lined ceiling and stack stone wall entices you in from the 3.4m high porch and extends through the timber pivot door into the grand entry which also features stone wall cladding.

The Cashmere. Spectacularly designed home, set on a 576m2 block, this unique home offers all the benefits of open plan living and comfort for any family.
From the stunning timber porch with feature angled post and through the impressive glazed timber pivot entry door with highlight above, you are taken into the light and spacious entry which separates the Master Bedroom and living from the remaining three bedrooms and Media room.

The Aloha. This is truly an Entertainers delight upon entering this lovely home there is an immediate sense of calm. This fresh modern design has an open plan lounge and dining area with television cabinet fitted perfectly into the lounges niche.
